You activated Fair Wind in one turn and summoned Parkour in another. Remember Fair Wind only lasts one turn, you can also see that in the powerup message in the log. Even if it were the same turn it might do the same (though i'm not sure) because the program itself does not track powers, but only launches messages regarding powerups (might be wrong on this one).

One of two things is happening and I need more data to be sure. Either Fair Wind power is not being reduced (unlikely), or you had Morning Glory or something in play, but no other shark (is this possible in the deck?)

If you had Morning Glory out, Parkour is weaker than Shala if no other sharks.

There's also a possibility of the power shift playing out (effect wise) such that that would happen even if there was another Shark.

Also Syrius you are indeed incorrect, KP tracks all creature powers at all times, the only thing that is notable is that obviously it can't literally activate every single simultaneous (by rules) power check at once.

I just noticed something in a duel. Fair Wind gave the +2000 message in MY consecutive turn, skipped the opponent's.
