Just a quick heads up that Set 2, Secrets of Vrystales, is now added to KP, however...
There are no automations on these cards. None at all. Nothing. Not even a 'blocker'.
For a few days, you might want to limit yourself to building with them or looking at them but not actually using them, particularly the Runes.
I'll let you know when the basic automations are done.
Set 2 Arrives... sorta...

<ri> you don't have access to defool.exe?

Re: Set 2 Arrives... sorta...
All Blockers should now block and everything with straight Damage 2 should be working.
Search cards and cards that power up off special effects are still not.
A few cards therefore remain unusable and your Runes don't do anything yet (but due to the nature of runes everything except Locutor Matrix is basically playable).
Memory Loss and Impel End should be working. Red Seeker might be.
More to come!

Slasher Antlion, Artillery Officer Nina, Kafan Tara, Dvoid and Wisteria should now be working. Star Grasp probably too.
Madame Sharley's effect on summon should be working, her [Deplete 1] effect is still not.

Re: Set 2 Arrives... sorta...
Whoo, lots of cards today.
Riptide Reef should be working now, though the initial push for effects was a bit buggy. However, rulings on this card may change, so as of now the effect is only activated when the opponent calls a creature.
Lunar Projection should be working now as well. While writing Lunar Projection, it was noted that Hypothermia never actually returned the lost power to the card it targeted at the end of the turn; instead, it gave back 1000 power to....itself. This silliness has been corrected.
Rai Jin Hamar; Victoria Gale, the Gifted and Amir Landau, King of Pirates, Firstborn Firefly and Blizzard Ravage should also be working now. Also, there was an apparent bug with Elemental Warmage Rainboa's effect messages, which should be fixed.
Thelnar, The Troubled and Skylia should have been working for a few days now.

Re: Set 2 Arrives... sorta...
Here is my suggestion for Night Legion,
Name: Night Legion
Race: Subterra
Quadrant: Dominion
Element: Gravity
Cost: 9
Power: 7000
Rule text:
[Damage 2]
When this creature deals damage to your opponent's grid, your opponent does not gain tempo.
Your opponent can not trigger Responcer effects on this creature's attack.
The effect allows you to attack with Night Legion without any worries at all, which captures the essence of Bolmeteus better than any of the other attempts. It makes sure that the opponent does not use Responcer on Legion's attack in the first place, thus in a way protecting your other creatures from R-triggers so that at least one of them can also attack before your opponent uses R. Alternately it also makes it possible for the other creatures to just safely sit and watch, which again is something Bolmeteus did - all the time. Also note that the way its currently worded it also prevents the opponent from using R when it attacks one of your opponents creatures or runes, but that can be changed easily.
I personally prefer this version over others, but its ability to wipe grid points when used with something like something like Full Sail worries me a little. I considered having the second effect be an on[Deplete], but even if that is kept OnAttack-[Deplete] I don't think it will make that particular combo all that balanced. Though it would affect the total amount of energy that goes into making the full effect work, so it may still be worth considering.

Oh great, CF Bolmeteus.
In my opinion, if it has more than 6000 power it becomes way too difficult to kill with creatures.

Just think about it: have Night Legion, and four other creatures out, while opponent has no blockers.Night Master wrote:Or Make itWhen this creature attacks Your opponent can not trigger Responcer effects this turn..How is this????
That'd be game.
