I didn't know Clan Vice Leaders can add and remove directly people from a clan.
Btw:TB really disbanded, since the members don't have the colour of the clan. I'm sorry Burner:(. Relinquished said that she is doing actress stuff, so she is busy. I think I'm speaking for everyone that she may come back if she wants. Lol, it's like we combine the old and new UC.

Yes.Though at first I wasn't having that authority but since mysterious requested micky to do so.So now i have the authority and I hope mysterious has no problem with that.
