I hate to say but unless there is a deadline, people won't be serious about submitting their decks. It is taking too long for the decks submission.

Its been decided that the tourney will continue with duelists carrying two decks, and they will have the option to play with either of them for the next round. So keeping that in mind if you still feel that you only want to go with one deck, its up to you.

what is an additional advantage if i submit two decks :?:

There is an indirect advantage of having two decks. The ability to choose between two decks with your opponent in mind could be helpful, but also it helps make the choice of which deck to submit easier for duelists. For example, if I had two decks which I liked almost equally, it would be very difficult for me to choose which to go with, this way I can submit both and decide which to use at the time of the duel.
