Question: are names like 'Super Divine Dragon Of Requiem' actually considered well made? No offense to anyone in particular, and I know that existing cards have similar retarded names.

I am not sure what your issue if with that name, but it sounds perfectly fine to me. Names that have a connection to any other part of the card are mostly considered well made.
