Question: are names like 'Super Divine Dragon Of Requiem' actually considered well made? No offense to anyone in particular, and I know that existing cards have similar retarded names.

I am not sure what your issue if with that name, but it sounds perfectly fine to me. Names that have a connection to any other part of the card are mostly considered well made. As far as the similarity to the game is concerned, yes making things that one would expect from the game-makers is considered a good thing; although innovation is still at the heart of this contest, and when well executed it is always highly credited.
