This was the most complete and on brief entry out of all.The card is fully linked, the cost : power ratio is spot on. The Mecha Del Sol part of the effect enhanced the creatures personality, and the Flavor Text was the best out of all the entries, just like many of the great DM cards flavor text this also creates an image of the creature with relation to other creatures in the world of Duel Masters. The base effect is simple yet effective while the [Metamorph] effect takes the card over the edge.

It was very difficult to judge as all the entries were very creative and well thought out, some had stronger effect, others were better thematically, some were a a little overpowered, while some were not as strong as they could've been.
BajulaBlitzSlain was neck in neck with Prince_of_light with his inspiring Electra, Lithium Doll. There is soo much good that can be said about this particular card, it brings a whole new mechanic to the game. It was clear that you made a typo writing "then" instead of "when", I assure you that was overlooked and we judged it as "when", which I'm sure is what you meant. The flavour text was also very complete and referenced to the Liquid People part as well as to the destruction it causes, as you wrote "drowning Stallob's dolls". You would be glad to know that Bell's personal vote was for your entry.
I would also like to give a shout out to Relinquished for his entry Dark Lithium, The Sacrificer, the only thing that kept this from winning was the unnecessary "This creature can't attack." part, and unfortunately we had to judge the card as it is and had to penalize all the parts, but the rest was exactly what the card art was imagined to represent. Great job.
As for other notable ones..
eezz's Dimension Keeper, Lithium, The World Keeper, the effect was really inspired and the flavor text was very fitting.
Duelme's Lithium, Poison Doll, this was slightly overpowered but a true Death Puppet, good job, I like the name.
Lithium, Queen of Despair by Shadow Phoenix was well balanced as it hits your own creatures too.
As for Akash Prince's Ritz, Lithium, Queen of the Dark flavor text went well with the rulings but we felt it didn't fit in with the race. But it was one of the entries which was most refreshing to see as he was the only one who went for the -Strike Back - effect, this choice by itself gets credit as the card art gives a certain feel of the Strike Back effect.
As for DKR's Lithium, Shadow Princess though it was overpowered it had the best name and I really liked the flavor text.
The second best name I feel was Rashaskool's Elanor, Lithium, Lady of Death.
