All together i dont think that Rutelin is a big threat (at least no more than Cunning).

You can however make use of some grave skills like From the Depths or Indigo.

And with all your small fry in game Fair Wind can prove invaluable some times.

A thing to look at is the 4 Linsay while you have Wispy Shala.

Those 4 slots can give room for Skyscout to be in dont you think?
