Maybe try Ars Megistus instead of Iris Memoria.

Also note that Sables is out there . Not sure how you feel about that.

I have shinanigan for dealing with blockers.
Plus Recharge Commodore(I think its known as Aquila Superior here) is a good hitter.

Megistus is a bit too high cost. Since I tried to make this a blitz kind of thing I dont think I would want megistus in this deck.
Ill figure out some way to beat sables. hmm.

I would also suggest that you should definitely go for more Mark Arrow even with Shinanigan in there. Personally currently (as of set1) I would play 4 Mark Arrows, but you can play 3 if you want.

-1 Quickfire Sedative +1 Mark Arrow

If you make it more "Assaulty" than "rushy", it will work well. Like increase spotter dragon. Also, since you have Togami and Phoenix Alicia, you could consider teching in Diana.

I would drop Iris Memoria for Diana like Palas said. Leon Paladi in blitz 0_0...

So more Mark arrows and more Crimson Diana.
