Rules:You have to make a deck with 2 or 3 copies of vortex evo and submit it to me then I will reveal only the evos u r usingas default 8 people can participate but if more come then I can increase it to 12 or 16 max

this tourney rules,but i would have loved it when it would have been restricted to phoenix itself.That would be uber cool.Anyway take me in,i am having a hard time deciding which deck to send cuz i have some ones prepared.So i will send it later.k
