The Round Rules:

- This is a knockout round.
- 3 Teams advance to the Finals.

The Match Rules

- This is a fixed deck round. So all of the qualified teams must submit their decks to me. Do this after consulting your partner.
- The final date for deck submission is the 10th of January.
- The deadline for this round is the 20th of February.
- Participants can begun their duel if their respective opponent submitted their deck.
- If there is a tie, the winners will duel.
- Format: KC+ , 2/3.

I'm not sure Rash can play this tournament... If its allowed can i take his place? As in duel both the times :S ?

Nah ur not allowed. Its a TAG TEAM tourny.

Your team wil just get disqualified if Rash is unable to play.

Yes he is banned.

He will finish his duel after he gets unbanned. The deadlines may extend but only for his matches.
