Also we won't take new members and we won't remove any members for now. Recruiting closed. Members can join only through a personal invitation from me or Myst.
I like how UC is now. We have enough active members so I'm happy

Updated main post with the criteria for someone who is not personally invited (since we are not recruiting) but still wants to join UC and is able to fulfill the criteria.

I added rosy cause he wanted to join. That makes us have 17 members. Radical One is in danger a little to be removed since I haven't seen him for over a month.
