Choose one of you shields and turn it face up. If it's a non-evolution creature, put in into the battlezone. Otherwise it stays face-up in the shield zone.

Afterwards, choose one of your opponent's shields and turn it face up. If it's a non-evolution creature, your opponent puts in into the battlezone. Otherwise it stays face-up in the shield zone.

Rules Text:
-You may choose one of your creatures in the battle zone and tap them, for each creature tapped this way return one of your opponents creatures to their hand.
-If the returned creature has more power than the creature tapped to return it, the creature that was tapped cannot untap until the creature that got returned is put back again in the battle zone.
-If the tapped creature was a light creature and the returned creature was a water creature, the creature tapped this way untaps at the end of your turn.
-If the tapped creature was a water creature and the returned creature was a light creature, the creature may untap at the start of your next turn even if it had lower power than the creature it bounced.

Select one of your creatures in the Battle Zone. Once per turn, as long as that creature is on the battle zone, you can use ability of your spells that costs 4 or
less an additional time.

When you don't have a creature in the Battle Zone while you cast this spell, you can control one of your opponent's Creature that costs 7 or less in the Battle Zone,
when your turn ends, return that Creature to your opponent's Battle Zone.
