Okay. The changes in the vote werent allowed in an attempt to promote fairness in the election process. Although the reasons for changing one's vote may be because of one's change in mind (as in the case of Relinquished) but allowing that "could" mean that members may either delay their vote to the end or change their vote in order to favour a particular name(s) they may like to have. I am sorry Relinquished, I cant allow it on an equitable basis. Some people see changing vote as having another voting right. So we will have to stick to your earlier vote to promote fairness.

As for eezz, well I already have 9 members (as supremedelta3 n Relinquished) came at about the same time. 8 need to be active. I will have to confirm from Bell, if I can allow more members. Even if you are allowed there is a high probability of you going into the reserve list if most members are active. I will confirm it and inform u via pm or reply to this post.

As for the election process, 4 more members still need to vote with ROT leading....

I doubt that DrakeDivine isn't going to vote for name. I don't think he has even registered here in the forums.
Same with Falcon123.

falcon123 and DrakeDivine are registered in the KC forums but unfortunately are highly inactive these days.

Eezz, I inquired from Bell. The general rule was no limit while she recommended not exceeding 11, considering that the clan currently has 9 members I guess I can accept you into it. Welcome and thanks for voting early, some members have been quite inactive which means you may be among active members.

Members who havent voted are once again reminded to vote as soon as possible, else the election process would fail.
Seeing it so far, even one vote is critical to deciding the name. Thus, deciding a name from an incomplete election is not appropriate.

If this election takes too long, there might be a cancellation of it and a quicker procedure adopted that could decide a clan name without requiring all members to participate. The new procedure if adopted will allow for a short period whereby active members would be encouraged and the name decided within a couple of days at most. Once again the reasons for this is to avoid unnecessary hold-ups, which could irritate some members including myself.

I hope you guys vote as soon as possible.

Members who have voted can vote again and may wish to change their vote if they wish.

The final decision is still with the clan, this poll will give a better result to what should be the name. The weightage of this poll will be at the clan's discretion with the members (active) allowed to give an affirmation response to what is decided.

i doubt any of us (or them) will complaint if we settle this together fair and square
(even they do it may not be a big problem [but even more bigger] )

i do (half) understand democracy or something like demo-like-crazy
but still it was very difficult to unite lot's of people together
that doesn't mean they are bad or something but everyone has their interest
pushing this thing onto them may be a little bit annoying for them

let's us just settle this by end of month (my suggestion)
so we can start our busy-ness and start to wreak havoc onto it
and we have something to call a "Home"

DrakeDivine, I guess doesnt want to be a part of the clan. Really, he comes online at kp quite a bit, finally I got a chance of duelling him. He wasnt interested anymore. Dont wanna explain how. Plus, he hasnt posted anything here related to the clan or otherwise. So, I have decided to remove him from the clan.
