Troll Nikhil unbanned by request of MIAR

MIAR requested that Nikhil be unbanned from KC. Since there were no objections, Nikhil is back on KP and chats as of yesterday morning.

His KP and Forum username is simply Nikhil.

Obviously the "second chance" had already been given, or then the thing he did was so bad that he didn't deserve one.

For clarification, originally, when Nikhil was first banned (or I should say banned for the second time), he made the same argument, that he should be allowed back if people wanted it.

Back then, no one who actually used chats wanted him back.

Therefore when he returned this time the same condition was applied. If anyone wanted him back, he could come back.

It took a while for anyone to actually say so, and I don't know what changed MIAR's mind (he was not originally going for it), but now there is finally someone who does want him back, so, he is back.

Second chances only apply when at least SOMEONE opposes the banning, back then, no one did.
