As I said, it's a Scarlet-Spellslinger deck, so it's majorly based around tapping and killing, but it does have other aspects in it as well. The main built of the deck is Scarlet Tresses, Hypothermia, Quickfire Sedative + the rest.3x Scarlet Tresses

Avant Garde, Engorica and Skylia all make great blockers, especially since they're cheap and support the element-choises of this deck. Engorica is the most random of these three, since it's the only one I don't see having a particular role here, instead of blocking early-game creature swarms. However, I find it a reason big enough to keep it. Avant Garde is here for the chance of blocking fast and aggressive opponent's early game, but isn't just as benefictual in late game, except while blocking big creatures. Skylia is where things get interesting. The basic of it is, that apart from blocking, I aim to keep the field clear with it, and to block even the strongest of meanies.
Iris Memoria and Rahja Skull, the Annoying both have a supportive role in the deck. Iris Memoria is simply for recycling spells and possibly, under extreme circumstances, attacking early game. Possibly the strangest, but also a card of great importance in this deck is Rash-ja Skull, the Annoying. Its ability can give me a great advantage in the late game, as it makes my other Ice-cards cheaper, and is difficult to be destroyed.
Mirage Flight and Skyhunter Elisia are both important to the flow of the deck. Mirage Flight is -the- card that can't be blocked, and is therefore a great way to support Scarlet Tresses, in both: attacking opponent to tap, or attacking a tapped creature. While having cards in hand is popular nowadays, it is simply great. Skyhunter Elisia is such a powerful and well-fitting card in this deck, that I don't even have to take my time explaining her presence here.
The last but certainly not least is Wormhole, the ultimate killing machine in this deck. I rarely use its weaker ability, unless really needed, but I spare it to kill my opponent's stronger creatures when they become tapped. While I have to give you that it doesn't work well with Scarlet Tresses, there are still other powerful comboes in this deck one can pull off with this card.
Also, the new add, Falcon Strike, is perfect to remove things that may be weak early game, but have potential to rise to far greater power in the late game. One thing people may look over is the fact that a single creature removal in the early game can effect the result of the duel drastically.
Hope you got the point.
