Even after I gave you specific instructions in a PM telling you what you needed to do in order to form a clan and get your clan board, you have PMed me twice about getting it without fulfilling even one of the conditions.

Since you do not seem to have the level of comprehension required to form a clan, I will save everyone the trouble and deny you the right to attempt it.
