There's a test for Tier 1 but I only give it to people who we know for sure are Tier 2.

Now seriously, what's the test for becoming Tier 1. Just for being curious, not like I have any change to do that soon. And I know we can get Titan via ladder, but do we need to reach the top, or something like 65 points would be enough? And what's the other way to become Titan?
