Fair wind bug?

[SD] MIAR puts Aquila Superior from their hand into the conflict.

Note: This was the second time I used Fair Wind.

There's also a power tracking bug with Skyhunter Elisia. It gets the power boost. But it doesnt lose it once the exhausted creature leaves Conflict.
