The Chaotic World of RND Dueling

Post by Mikara »

One of the great features that you will find in Kirricorp Portal is the Random format, often shortened to RND. This format offers a very exciting yet simple way to play Chaos Fractal, allowing you to jump right in without worrying about deck you need to play, letting fate decide the warriors you have to throw into battle! It is deceptively simple, and while it may seem far more dependent on luck than the casual and competitive play-styles, this unique gameplay format requires a highly strategic mind, and the flexibility to adapt to new situations - common traits needed in all versions of Chaos Fractal.

By simply picking the RND option while creating a duel, or joining a RND duel already made, you can get straight into the action. The Kirricorp Portal system automatically generates decks for both players containing 40 cards randomly picked from the 350+ cards currently available. With this many options, the possibilities are endless!

The balanced designed of Chaos Fractal, along with its universal tempo system, cost reduction, and no element-based limitations, makes every card workable, and awesome combos are just as possible as they are in the other formats. Just like regular Chaos Fractal duels, the intensity starts early in the game as players decide which route to take based on the cards they receive, truly testing their strategic planning, resource management and understanding of game's progression. With the RND format, the player has to be prepared every step of the way, keeping their eyes open for possible combos and ways to prepare for the worst, as the opponent can also have literally anything up their sleeves.

Along with its incomparable ability to build dueling skill and challenge players' creativity, RND can be an endless source of inspiration, bringing together new and unusual combinations you may never have thought of and causing you to think of new mechanics or techniques, to really boost your play. Why not head out to the more chaotic edges of the Fractal? You never know what you might find.
