Set: 2
Flavor Text: not yet available

The Element:
Water is skilled in defence, direct through blockers or indirect as in Kafan Tara's case (discussed later), and in bouncing, with its many annoying cheap creature return abilities and amazing card control. Water is good in blocking the opponents ways to the duelist's gridby large blockers such as citadel or outeright preventing a creature from being veery active by returning it t the opponents hand wasting their chance to do damage and forcing them to repay tempo to use the creature again. But creatures like Kafan terra are more unique because of.....

The Effect:
Kafan Tera simply uses her efficient relaxation techniques to ease away the fatigue of effect use and battle causing all exhausted friendly creatures to become ready at the the end of the player's turn including herself. This protects the creatures from all normal battles giving the weaker and stronger creatures protection unless the opponent attacks ready creatures through effects like steady aim. It may be amusing to see the consistent annoyance of some opponents unable to easily harm and remove your creatures.

The Combat Ability:
Kafan Tara is very useful in creature to creature combat. Kafan effectively save her comrades from direct simple combat damage. Certain blockers such as those in lightning that can attack creatures will be able to attack creatures normally during a turn and still be ready to block thereafter. Kafan can be used to force opponents to only be able to attack te player's grid especially with a card like mesmera cobra allowing you to gain tempo at the cost of grid (or block) and potentially destroy that creature in combat next turn while benefiting from the extra grid. It also gives much needed protection to weak cards like Vibra or precious cards like Black Carpet from harm as they need to exhaust to use their abilities. Herself, Kafan Tara has a decent 3000 power to be a useful damage dealer but nothing very reliable to fight with, yet she is still often the backbone of certain strategies and battles making her a key card worth protection.

Ratings:

Casual: 7/10
She is a very valuable defence mechanism in casual duels and a very efficient way to pick fights or use abilities with survivability.

Tournament/Ladder: 6/10
In a hig level game Kafan usually proves to be a strong supportive creature and can divert the opponents attention to a high degree, but against certain elements like gravity and lightning it can be removed quite quick and relying on it in such cases can be very risky, however, this does still grant one a possible diversion from another plan and still works effectively in many situations as long as other cards can benefit from it and there are amply blockers.

Random: 5/10
In a random match, Kafan's high cost for what she does may not seem worth it as she needs blockers and ample tapping abilities and 'glass cannon' type attackers to be of much value. However, her ability applies to all your creatures making her still valuable to an extent
Overall: 6/10
Kafan Tara is a fun to use defensive support creature and very useful in certain situations and enjoyable to make combos with but should not be used as a primary combat plan but rather a supportive card that enhances your combat ability.
